 Dr.
Ron Maskarinec joined the Shelby practice in 1991. He is a
graduate of Youngstown State University and the Ohio College
of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed a Podiatric
Surgical Residency in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro, NC area
prior to moving to Shelby. He is Board Certified by the American
Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College
of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is a member of the American
Podiatric Medical Association and the past President of the
North Carolina Podiatric Medical Society(North Carolina Foot
and Ankle Society).
Dr. Maskarinec and his wife Margaret(Dolly) live in Shelby.
They have three children, Maria, Kelly, and Thomas. He is
a past member of the State Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners
-- Ethics and Grievance Committee, St. Mary's Catholic Church
and the Knight's of Columbus.
